Welcome to Computational Systems Biology (COSBI) Group at Koc University
We develop methods and tools for structural biology, and protein-protein interactions.
The list of databases/tools/services developed by our group are:

PRISM protocol : predict protein-protein interactions using protein interfaces
A collection of downloadable programs to predict and structurally model protein-protein interactions (Nat Prot 6, 2011).
